You will play a crucial role in enabling digital transformation, ensuring scalability, and aligning cloud strategies with our long-term business goals.
🎮A snapshot of what you will be doing here Cloud architecture and innovation
Design scalable and secure cloud solutions, focusing on Azure and modern workplace Microsoft 365 cloud tools such as Intune, Microsoft defender, Power Automate, Teams, SharePoint etc.
Lead cloud architecture improvements, including enterprise landing zones and universal printing, Azure Veeam backup.
Drive continuous innovation and performance optimisation across platforms
Governance, compliance, and documentationEnsure security and compliance with internal and industry standards
Maintain up-to-date documentation and promote governance best practices
Manage disaster recovery strategies and support business continuity planning
Collaboration and leadershipWork cross-functionally with tech leadership, suppliers, operations, security, and finance teams
Provide mentorship and share knowledge with technical teams and partners
Support strategic initiatives such as cloud migration, workforce enablement, and innovation
Operations and improvementMonitor and optimise performance of cloud and Microsoft environments
Collaborate on legacy system migration and manage vendor lock-in
Enhance operational efficiency through automation and Dev Ops best practices
Strategic contributionSupport scalability, cost optimisation, and decision-making alignment
Drive innovation aligned with business needs
Foster collaboration and reduce long-term IT costs
🕵 We are looking for an individual who:- Has proven expertise in Azure and Microsoft cloud environments
- Can design secure and scalable architectures with compliance focus
- Brings hands‑on experience with Terraform, Python, APIs, and networking
- Demonstrates strong communication, leadership, and mentorship skills
- Thrives in a collaborative, dynamic, and fast‑changing environment
- Is solution‑oriented, adaptable, and curious about emerging technologies
