Systems Integration Lead - Rev Ops

Join Cyclomedia as a Systems Integration Lead - Rev Ops to orchestrate seamless integration across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support platforms while serving as the business owner for our Microsoft Dynamics Sales CRM.

Salary: $85,500.00 – $ (11 hours ago).

• Lead integration of applications and workflows between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support teams.
• Ensure data consistency and process alignment across platforms such as Hub Spot, Dynamics 365, and other CRM/Sales/Operation/Project/Finance tools.
• Primary business owner for Microsoft Dynamics: oversee configuration, user adoption, and enhancement roadmap.
• Coordinate consistency in data structure, governance, and quality of Rev Ops data, including customer, account, and engagement data.
• Provide strategic input into the design and implementation of a centralized data lake to support analytics and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant data architecture.
• Use technology to facilitate inter‑departmental workflow and reporting between systems used by Rev Ops and Finance, Product Management, and other internal stakeholders.
• Support pricing, forecasting, and reporting workflows by ensuring data integrity and timely availability.
• Partner with Solution Engineering, Operations, and Deal Desk teams to align data dictionaries for customer projects and operational definitions.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline Rev Ops processes.
• Develop and maintain documentation for integrations, data flows, and business rules.
• Support training and enablement efforts for internal users on integrated systems and data tools.

• 5+ years of experience in Business Systems or Data Strategy roles.
• Proven experience with CRM platforms (especially Dynamics 365), marketing automation tools, and customer support systems.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, and analytics platforms (e.g., Microsoft Fabric or other data lake, Power BI).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in cross‑functional environments with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams.
