This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions that optimize processes, minimize manual work, and enhance operational efficiency across global IT and business functions. The Global Automation Analyst collaborates with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and oversee governance and maintenance of automation platforms such as Power Platform, K2, and Docu Sign.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions to optimize processes and reduce manual work.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Oversee governance and maintenance of automation platforms (Power Platform, K2, Docu Sign).
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and high-quality automation implementations.
- Ensure compliance with governance, security, and quality standards across automation initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in process automation, RPA development, or systems integration.
- Proficiency in one or more automation platforms.
- Experience developing logic flows, APIs, and system integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and scalability.
- Certifications:
Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals, or Service Now Certified System Administrator (desired). - Familiarity with scripting languages (Power Shell, Python, JavaScript) (desired).
- Experience with AI/ML integration in automation workflows (desired).
- Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma principles (desired).
