Position Summary

We are looking for a Technical Training and Support Specialist to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for customers on our automated packaging equipment
. This role also provides remote technical support to assist customers in troubleshooting and optimizing machine performance. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with technical expertise in industrial automation and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience
.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver customer training programs on equipment setup, operation, and maintenance.
  • Create training materials (manuals, videos, and presentations) tailored to customer needs.
  • Conduct on-site and virtual training sessions
    .
  • Provide remote troubleshooting support via phone and video.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to automation and packaging machinery
    .
  • Document customer interactions in a CRM or support system.
  • Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to improve customer success.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies
    .
Qualifications
  • 3+ years in technical training, field service, or customer support for industrial equipment
    .
  • Experience delivering remote troubleshooting and training
    .
  • Knowledge of packaging automation, industrial machinery, and mechanical systems
    .
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
    .
  • Proficiency with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams) and training software
    .
  • Familiarity with CRM or technical support ticketing systems
    .
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical education, or related field preferred.
