Fleet Electronics Specialist

Overview

As a Fleet Electronics Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Michels Family of Companies with field fleet electronic device needs. This position will assist with answering questions on electronic device equipment, review and analyze data reported from devices, and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Support field fleet electronic device needs across Michels Family of Companies.
• Answer questions on electronic device equipment and assist with data review and analysis.
• Provide recommendations for improvements based on data and device performance.

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), and 3+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Access/database software
• Associate’s Degree (desired)
• Experience working with Power BI (desired)
• Experience in customer service (face to face and/or through telecommunications) (desired)
• Fleet or Construction Industry experience (desired)
