We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to oversee execution of custom software development projects for our consulting clients. You'll manage multiple engagements ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction while working with both onshore and offshore teams. In this role, you are the face of the team and must excel at communication, project management, quickly grasping client business and technical challenges, and at driving projects to completion within time, quality, and budget constraints.

• Manage delivery of several concurrent small to mid-sized projects
• Serve as primary client contact for project status and escalations
• Provide solution architecture and technical guidance on implementations
• Coordinate with offshore development teams to ensure quality and timeline adherence
• Conduct code reviews and technical oversight as needed
• Support business development through technical scoping and proposal contributions

• Strong expertise in Program Management, Project Management, and Product Management
• Strong technical background (.NET, SQL Server, Power Platform, Azure, Python, Data Engineering, or similar)
• 3+ years managing multiple concurrent software development projects
• Experience architecting solutions and making technical decisions
• Proven track record working with distributed/offshore teams
• Excellent client communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to switch between strategic oversight and hands-on technical work

• Experience with both short-term projects and long-term client engagements
