QualificationsThe Desktop Support Technician requires 3-4 years of experience. Network certifications are a plus.
- Install, configure, and administer Microsoft Windows operating systems
- Install, configure, and support end-user hardware
- Provide desktop and application support
- Deliver outstanding customer service and communication to end users
- Perform other projects and duties as assigned
The Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for daily operations including user support, administration, monitoring, and deployment of new and replacement equipment. This position reports directly to the Site Operations Manager. Specific duties will be performed in accordance with customer priorities as directed by the Site Operations Manager.
