We are seeking experienced
** Solutions Architects
** to serve as the technical bridge between customers, sales, and product teams. This role is responsible for designing customer-specific solutions, leading technical discovery, and ensuring successful technical alignment from pre-sales through deployment.

You will work closely with Enterprise Account Executives, Product Management, and Engineering to translate customer requirements into scalable, secure solutions.## Key responsibilities### Pre-Sales Technical Leadership
* Partner with Enterprise Account Executives during discovery and solution design
* Lead technical conversations with customer engineering, IT, and architecture teams
* Design solution architectures aligned to customer requirements and platform capabilities
* Deliver technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts### Solution Design & Architecture
* Map customer workflows, integrations, and data flows to platform capabilities
* Design scalable, secure architectures tailored to enterprise environments
* Document solution designs, assumptions, and technical dependencies### Deployment & Technical Enablement
* Support customer onboarding and implementation from a technical perspective
* Collaborate with Engineering and Customer Success on deployment and integration
* Identify technical risks early and recommend mitigation strategies### Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Provide product feedback based on customer technical requirements
* Partner with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap and architecture decisions
* Support sales enablement with technical collateral and best practices### Security & Compliance Alignment
* Address customer questions related to security, data handling, and architecture
* Support technical due diligence during enterprise evaluations
* Align solutions with customer IT, security, and compliance standards### Qualifications
* 6–10+ years of experience in
** Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consultin
*** Strong understanding of SaaS architectures, APIs, and integrations
* Experience working with enterprise customers and complex technical environments
* Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Strong problem-solving and solution-design skills###

Preferred Experience
* Experience supporting enterprise SaaS sales cycles
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
* Exposure to security reviews, architecture reviews, or enterprise IT processes
* Experience working closely with Sales and Product teams###
