Position
Sr. AWS Architect
LocationNeenah, WI or Oconomowoc, WI (Onsite day one)

RequiredSkills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or cloud architecture.
- Strong hands‑on experience with AWS services:
- Storage & Compute: S3, EC2, Lambda, ECS, EKS
- Data Processing:
Glue, EMR, Kinesis, Step Functions - Security & Governance: IAM, KMS, Lake Formation
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL frameworks.
- Experience with data modeling (3NF, Dimensional Modeling, Data Vault).
- Familiarity with data governance and metadata management tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
