Job Description
Summary:
The position supports the technology of the institution at the Wise County campus with the installation and maintenance of computers, installation and maintenance of AV systems, and user support.
- Repair, maintain, and deploy computers and AV classroom systems.
- Assist users in resolving computer and AV related problems by providing tier‑1 support.
Required
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Experience: Basic knowledge of computer operating systems; customer service support.
