Collect QXDMS logs and data to assist in ongoing investigation of underlying defects in software that contributed to the customer issues.

Mentored and Trained the IMS team new hires with various value added services (VoLTE,VT, Vo-WIFI/Vi-WIFI), and QXDM log analysis, to triage the customer reported issues.

Analyzing Volte messages between UE and eNodeB using QXDM tools. Perform drive testing in the live network with MMS, SMS, Data Call and Voice call interrupts duringfieldtesting.

Static and dynamic testing of the handset Network features for all US Operator SIM cards such as MO/MT call, Auto and Manual network selection, Handover, RF level, Network Attach/Detach via QXDM tool.
