AI Model Creator

We are seeking an innovative and highly technical AI Model Creator to develop, train, fine-tune, and optimize advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning models.

In this role, you will focus on AI research, algorithm development, and data science experimentation. You will work closely with AI researchers and data scientists to improve model accuracy, performance, reliability, and efficiency. Your work may include neural networks, large language model architectures, reinforcement learning, natural language processing, and the development of new machine learning algorithms.

• Design, develop, train, fine-tune, and optimize artificial intelligence and machine learning models.
• Conduct research and experimentation involving neural networks, deep learning, large language models, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing.
• Fine-tune foundation models for specialized business and technical use cases.
• Develop and evaluate new machine learning algorithms and modeling approaches.
• Create repeatable model-training and evaluation methodologies.
• Improve model accuracy, prediction quality, reliability, and overall performance.
• Identify and implement strategies to reduce hallucinations and improve the quality of generative AI outputs.
• Optimize model latency and computational efficiency.
• Conduct data science experiments and analyze results to guide model improvements.
• Apply advanced mathematics, statistics, and research methods to complex modeling challenges.
• Partner with AI researchers and data scientists throughout the research, development, testing, and optimization lifecycle.
• Document model architectures, experimental methods, evaluation results, and technical findings.
• Develop AI models that may support use cases such as network troubleshooting, fiber-outage prediction, customer-churn analysis, fraud detection, and network-congestion forecasting.

• Demonstrated knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling.
• Hands-on experience developing, training, fine-tuning, or optimizing AI and machine learning models.
• Proficiency with AI and deep-learning frameworks such as Py Torch or Tensor Flow

• Experience with neural networks and modern machine learning architectures.
• Knowledge of natural language processing and large language model concepts.
• Experience with model training, validation, evaluation, and performance optimization.
• Strong foundation in statistics, applied mathematics, data science experimentation, and research methods.
• Strong programming and coding capabilities appropriate for research-intensive AI model development.
• Ability to evaluate modeling results, diagnose performance issues, and recommend technically sound improvements.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with AI researchers, data scientists, and other technical stakeholders.

• Experience fine-tuning foundation models or large language models.
• Experience with reinforcement learning.
• Experience developing or improving generative AI models.
