Hybrid in Milwaukee, WI or Surrounding Areas

We’re partnering with a well-established insurance organization seeking a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to support a growing book of business. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented insurance professional who enjoys client interaction, account servicing, and being a reliable support partner to producers and account managers.

• Service commercial insurance accounts including endorsements, certificates, renewals, and policy changes
• Provide day-to-day client support with a high level of professionalism and responsiveness
• Communicate with carriers to obtain quotes, process changes, and resolve issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and account records in agency management systems
• Support renewal workflows and assist with proposals and policy delivery

• Property & Casualty insurance experience (commercial lines preferred)
• Active P&C license required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional communication skills and a service-minded approach
