We are seeking a special person to assist with client intake and client communications.
Responsibilities- Process and respond to a high volume of potential client calls, inquiries, and requests
- Scheduling appointments with Potential New Clients
- Timely and accurate transfer of new case info/details to our system daily
- Coordinating all required client documentation and letters pertaining to the case sign-up
- Adhere to all Firm policies and procedures related to the Client Engagement Agreement
- Excellent organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Adobe, and the ability to quickly learn case management software
- Professional appearance and behavior
- Positive personality and desire to help others.
- Some marketing background preferred.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of previous related experience in a law firm
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
Compensation: $45,000
