What You’ll Bring

• Wisconsin Law License (or on track to obtain one soon)
• Strong Writing Skills with the ability to craft compelling, persuasive briefs
• Empathy and the ability to connect with clients from all backgrounds
• Intellectual Curiosity and a willingness to learn in a team oriented setting
• Bonus:
  Experience in Workers’ Compensation or Social Security Law (not required—we’ll train the right person)

• Experience
  :

  Workers' compensation law: 1 year (Preferred)
  General legal experience in a firm or equivalent 3 to 5 years minimum

• License/Certification
  :

  License from any state to begin, but need a Wisconsin bar license or plan to take the bar soon (Required)
