The Loch Group is conducting a confidential search for a senior real estate attorney to join a law firm in Houston, TX.
The position will focus on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including:
- Development projects from acquisition through completion
- Real estate financing transactions
- Acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties
- Purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, loan documents and related transactional matters
- Advising developers, investors, owners and other real estate clients throughout the life cycle of a project
The ideal candidate will have at least eight (8) years of meaningful commercial real estate law experience and be capable of taking primary responsibility for complex transactions. Strong drafting, negotiation and client-management skills are essential.
Candidates must be licensed in Texas or eligible to become licensed. All inquiries will be handled confidentially.
