Real Estate Associate (3-6 PQE) | Dallas

A leading international law firm is seeking a talented mid-level Real Estate Associate to join its highly regarded and growing Real Estate practice in Dallas. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of sophisticated real estate transactional experience, with exposure to either debt or equity matters, including:

• Debt-side transactions: mortgage and mezzanine loan financings.
• Equity-side transactions: acquisitions, dispositions, and joint venture structures.

Candidates should demonstrate strong academic credentials, excellent drafting and analytical skills, outstanding attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team on complex commercial real estate transactions.

• 3-6 years of relevant real estate experience (approximately Class of ).
• Experience advising on debt and/or equity real estate transactions.
• Strong communication, organizational, and client service skills.
• Admission to the Texas Bar is preferred, or eligibility to obtain admission within one year of joining.
