Remote role with offices in Texas, California, Nevada and Florida!Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a diverse caseload of Civil Litigation/Insurance matters.
- Conduct legal research, analysis, and case strategy formulation.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution settings.
- Collaborate with partners and team members on complex legal matters.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in Texas (or California, Nevada, Florida)
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Proven ability to manage cases independently.
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 - $250,000
. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
