A highly respected law firm client is seeking a mid-level associate (5-7 years of experience) to join its Energy practice group in Austin, Dallas, or Houston. This role centers on oil and gas transactions and litigation.
Ideal candidate experience includes:- Oil & Gas Litigation: A strong litigation background in the oil and gas space; experience with title matters is a plus but not required.
Licensed to practice law in Texas, active and in good standing. - Academic Background: A strong record from law school and undergraduate studies.
- Communication
Skills:
Sharp legal writing ability and comfort maintaining regular, direct communication with clients, providing clear, practical guidance and updates on case status and strategy.
