Location: Town of Texas
A highly regarded Am Law 200 law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Paralegal with 3+ years of experience to join its Collin County, TX office. This is a Hybrid 3/2 position.
Key Responsibilities:- Support commercial litigation matters from inception through trial
- Draft routine legal documents and correspondence
- Manage discovery, including document collection, review, and organization
- Assist with trial preparation and case management
- Maintain and organize litigation files
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate
- Experience with e-Discovery platforms and trial preparation
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and technical proficiency
