Attorney

An established Texas litigation firm is growing and looking for an Insurance Defense Attorney to join its team. If you're looking for a role where you'll do more than manage files, this is an opportunity to handle cases from day one through trial while working alongside experienced trial attorneys. You'll work on a diverse caseload that includes Medical Malpractice, Trucking, General Liability, Products Liability, and other civil defense matters.

What You'll Do

• Manage your own litigation caseload.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and written discovery.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Work with clients, insurance carriers, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel.
• Prepare cases for trial and continue building your courtroom experience.

Qualifications

Required

• Five or more years of civil litigation experience.

Preferred

• Experience with Medical Malpractice, Trucking, General Liability, or Products Liability.
