Associate Attorney RoleLooking for someone equally committed to uplifting families through complex transitions with compassion and skill.
Manage and prioritize a caseload of approximately 50 active family law cases.
Draft pleadings, legal correspondence, and discovery documents.
Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.
Collaborate with a supportive legal team to deliver excellent client service.
Maintain monthly billable hours target of ~120–130 hours.
Associate Attorney Background ProfileNo experience required but must have graduated from law school and either passed the bar exam or be soon preparing to sit for the bar.
Must have a commitment to family law—not just a stepping stone.
Integrity‑driven, transparent communicator, and a collaborative team player.
Prefer candidates willing to work in‑office and are immediately available as a plus.
