Basic Salary Range: $135,000–$235,000 + Bonus Eligibility

We have immediate openings for Labor & Employment Attorneys to join our thriving Texas practice. While we welcome all experience levels, we are primarily seeking candidates with at least 2 years of law firm experience

This role offers unmatched flexibility, including fully remote and hybrid arrangements, allowing you to design a practice that fits your professional goals.

• Managing a diverse portfolio of labor and employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, and wage‑and‑hour defense.
• Handling all phases of the litigation lifecycle: drafting substantive motions, conducting research, and managing discovery.
• Representing clients at hearings, depositions, and trials within a collaborative national team structure.

• Must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Texas.
• Minimum of 2 years of law firm experience in labor and employment matters.
• Strong academic background with excellent writing, research, and persuasive speaking skills.
• Proven ability to work independently as a self‑starter with minimal supervision.
• Trial experience is a plus but not required.
• Base Salary Range: $135,000–$235,000 (Commensurate with experience).
• Eligibility for both subjective (discretionary) and objective (performance‑based) bonuses
