  • Translate complex legal concepts into client-friendly language and anticipate client questions.
  • Work closely with paralegals, legal assistants, and other attorneys to gather evidence, identify key witnesses, and prepare for filings.
  • Serve as a resource for questions regarding case strategy, procedural requirements, and risk assessment.
  • Ensure all case files are complete, organized, and compliant with Texas court rules and firm standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of case milestones, deadlines, and client interactions.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Texas.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with a strong ability to draft clear, persuasive legal documents.
  • High level of discernment, critical thinking, and decision-making under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to pivot quickly between competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships with professionalism and courtesy.

Occasional travel (up to 10% of the time) for client meetings, court appearances, or industry conferences.
