Litigation Associate

I'm working with a well regarded Texas law firm searching for a Commercial Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience handling sophisticated business disputes.

The successful candidate will work on a broad range of complex commercial disputes and gain hands‑on experience handling matters from inception through resolution. Attorneys in this role will collaborate closely with experienced litigators, interact directly with clients, and play a significant role in case strategy and execution.

$190,000 - $230,000 base salary
, depending on class year and experience.

• Draft and argue pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Manage written discovery and document review processes
• Take and defend depositions
• Participate in hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex issues
• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and litigation teams
• Manage multiple matters while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Texas law license and good standing
• 3-5 years of commercial litigation experience
• Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities
• Experience with motion practice, discovery, and depositions
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment
