Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a strategic and results‑driven Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our end‑to‑end supply chain operations. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who can balance strategy with hands‑on execution, ensuring efficiency, cost‑effectiveness, and operational excellence across purchasing, logistics, inventory, and supplier management.

You’ll play a key role in aligning our supply chain strategy with company goals — driving performance, fostering supplier partnerships, and ensuring on‑time delivery of quality materials and products.

• Lead and manage all aspects of supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory control, logistics, and supplier management.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support business objectives, operational efficiency, and cost savings.
• Oversee demand planning and forecasting to ensure optimal material availability and production scheduling.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure best value in quality, delivery, and cost.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, supplier performance, and on‑time delivery.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, operations, and finance teams to streamline processes and resolve bottlenecks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on sustainability, efficiency, and scalability of supply chain operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing supply chain team.

• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement management roles.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross‑functional projects.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on process improvement.
• Proficiency in ERP, supply chain analytics, and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
