Job Responsibilities:

Stillingen krever fysisk tilstedeværelse hos Aibel Harstad. Det er ikke aktuelt å jobbe fra andre lokasjoner.

- Follow-up of procurement packages
- Develop and implement procurement strategies with a strong emphasis on cost reduction and value creation
- Conduct market screening to identify cost-effective suppliers and solutions
- Prepare inquiry documents for equipment and services in close cooperation with engineering
- Perform commercial evaluations of quotations
- Issue purchase orders
- Monitor and ensure delivery within the agreed timeframe, cost, and quality
- Manage variation handling
- Handle risks, deviations, and invoice processing
- Ensure all activities comply with Abel's guidelines, work instructions, and procedures
- Continuously work on improvements to reduce internal and external risks and costs, enhance delivery quality, and strengthen collaboration

Qualifications and Personal Attributes:

- You have strong oral and written communication skills in both Norwegian and English
- You are flexible and willing to adapt to changes

- You work in a structured and efficient manner, always in accordance with applicable guidelines

- Experience with SAP is an advantage- A high degree of data discipline is preferred

Education:

- Bachelor's or master's degree

Relevant subjects:
Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering and similar

Required

Work Experience:

- Minimum 3 years experience within supply chain management in Oil & Gas

Required Qualifications:

- Fluency Norwegian - both written and oral Supplier and candidates are expected to openly offer all relevant information about candidates/themselves during the hire-in process. Supplier and candidates may be asked for information on affiliation to high-risk countries for a security assessment.
