Overview
Assistant Retreat Director position at Massage Heights. This role supports the Retreat Director in exceptional guest service and team member satisfaction, with potential for growth within a dynamic industry.
Base pay$12.00/hr - $14.00/hr

- Required 1 weekend shift
- Days and evening shifts available
- Weekends, evenings, and holidays are required
- Directly assist the Retreat Director in supervising all aspects of Retreat operations, including driving revenue and profitability, inventory management, and adherence to brand systems and processes with consistency per shift
- Assist with recruitment, hiring, training, developing, and retaining top talent
- Plan and implement Front Desk Sales Associate training; provide in-the-moment coaching, role-playing, and training for Front Desk Team
- Stay updated on all services, products, and promotions; set an example for the team
- Manage team member schedules to ensure proper execution of daily operations
- Collaborate with the Retreat Director to set individual and team goals; create and execute plans to meet or exceed goals
- Lead by example to achieve personal and team goals
- At least 1-year face-to-face sales or retail management experience
- Self-starter with leadership, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
- At least 1-year experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution
- Ability to develop positive relationships with employees and provide coaching/mentoring with discipline
- Working knowledge of computers and standard software
- Basic business math skills
- Ability to work varied hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
