We’re looking for a hands-on Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and Facilities Manager to build and lead our compliance, safety, and facilities management program as we scale our robotics manufacturing, construction, and warehouse operations, while also overseeing the maintenance and infrastructure of our facilities.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup — comfortable designing programs, training teams, and being on the warehouse and factory floor to ensure best practices are lived every day. This individual will establish and maintain comprehensive EHS programs, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, manage safety for construction and grid installations, and promote a proactive safety culture across the company.
This is a highly visible and cross-functional role that partners with manufacturing, fulfillment operations, construction, and robotic service teams to drive operational excellence and a culture of safety.
- Environmental, Health & Safety – Build and implement a scalable EHS program from the ground up, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and relevant local, state, and federal regulations
- Write and develop policies, procedures, and training tailored to robotics and warehouse environments to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, inspections, incident investigations; drive continuous improvement and track corrective actions to closure
- Establish and track key safety metrics and report performance trends
- Develop and oversee training programs for safety awareness, hazard communication, lockout/tagout (LOTO), fall protection, machine guarding, and emergency response
- Partner with operations, manufacturing and product teams to integrate safety into manufacturing, warehouse design and automation systems
- Promote a strong safety culture through hands-on leadership, communication, and coaching
