• Lead project teams and manage all activities throughout the project lifecycle related to Lending Operations projects.
• Facilitate project meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment among stakeholders.
• Manage enhancements, assess their impact on operations, and coordinate updates, demos, training, and communications.
• Troubleshoot issues collaboratively with team members to find effective solutions.
• Act as a liaison with leadership to ensure project goals are met efficiently and effectively.

• 5+ years of experience in project or product delivery within a related industry.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, JIRA, and SharePoint.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and issue management skills.
• Ability to quickly re-prioritize work in a dynamic, high‑demand setting.
