About the company:

This privately owned consulting firm is changing the way construction disputes and advisory work are handled across the U.S. With a team of over 50 professionals and consistent growth, they are known for technical expertise, practical guidance, and a collaborative culture. The founder is focused on building a people-first organization that gives experts room to lead and innovate, without private equity pressures.

Their integrated model brings together disputes, advisory, forensics, and project delivery so clients get full-spectrum support from teams that work closely together.

What you'll be doing:

Leading and growing the engineering/architectural practice in Denver

Overseeing forensic investigations, defect evaluations, and technical expert work

Preparing and reviewing expert reports, analyses, and litigation support documents

Collaborating closely with the disputes team on integrated matters

Building and maintaining client relationships with law firms, contractors, insurers, and owners

Recruiting, mentoring, and developing technical staff as the practice expands

Ensuring technical accuracy, quality, and integrity in all work

Contributing to firmwide strategy as part of a growing national practice

What we're looking for:

PE, RA, or GC license required

Background in engineering, architecture, or construction management

Extensive experience in construction defect litigation, forensic analysis, expert reporting, or testimony

Strong knowledge of building systems, design, and construction methods

Proven leadership experience in growing teams, mentoring staff, or building a practice

Ability to manage client relationships, develop new business, and deliver high-quality expert work

More reasons to apply:

Lead a regional practice with rare autonomy and the chance to shape its growth

Join a founder-led, privately held firm with a long-term focus on people, quality, and culture

Work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment where technical experts and disputes specialists partner seamlessly

Work with approachable leadership in a culture that values balance, flexibility, and trust
