The Director of Global Construction & Equipment Services is responsible for leading the business capabilities, technology solutions, and digital platforms that support construction operations, project execution, and equipment management across the Michels Family of Companies. This role collaborates closely with Construction Operations, Equipment, Corporate Services, and Global IT teams to define strategic capabilities, develop technology roadmaps, oversee investments, and deliver secure, scalable, and reliable solutions that enhance field productivity, asset performance, operational insight, and overall business results.

The position also oversees platform strategy and lifecycle management, vendor relationships, data-driven initiatives, service delivery outcomes, and the development of a high-performing global team. Success in this role requires strong leadership, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to effectively prioritize and manage competing priorities.
