General Manager
Location:
Johnson Creek, WI
Salary: $65,000–$75,000
A growing customer-facing business is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead day-to-day operations, manage the team, and help drive continued growth.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily operations and ensure a strong customer experience
- Manage hiring, scheduling, training, and team performance
- Oversee inventory, vendors, facilities, and operational readiness
- Manage budgets, expenses, and overall financial performance
- Establish processes and hold the team accountable to operational standards
- Partner closely with ownership on business performance and growth
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of management experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing business
- Experience leading teams and managing day-to-day operations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with staffing, scheduling, inventory, and budgets
- Entrepreneurial, accountable, and comfortable working independently
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
