Light Assembly and Lower Dock Assistant – Full Time 1st Shift

Pivot Point Inc, a manufacturer of non‑threaded fasteners, is hiring in Hustisford, WI.

Full‑time 1st shift (Monday‑Thursday 4:00 AM–2:30 PM or Monday‑Friday 6:00 AM–2:30 PM). Overtime as required. The role combines light assembly of lanyards and fastener parts with lower dock assistance.

• Assemble lanyards, rings and other metal parts to blueprint specifications.
• Operate packaging and material‑handling equipment safely.
• Move and load/unload parts from vendor trucks using trucks or other equipment.
• Maintain production rates and quality standards.
• Participate in housekeeping and safety practices.
• Work both independently and as part of a team, making knowledgeable decisions.

• Strong hand‑eye coordination and dexterity with small parts.
• Forklift and other material‑handling experience.
• Experience with shipping/receiving or material handling preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older, have a clean driving record, and pass pre‑hire and random drug screens.
• Solid, long‑term work history and recent manufacturing/assembly experience desirable.
