The purpose of this position is to conduct quality assurance inspection and audits and document the results per customer and internal requirements.

• Collect sample parts and measure them according to an inspection procedure.
• Record inspection results in an SPC software package and evaluate whether the parts are acceptable.
• Review internal procedures and conduct process audits to ensure procedures are being followed.
• Know, understand, and follow pertinent company/plant procedures, rules, and policies. Attend trainings, as required.
• Keep work area/equipment clean and orderly.
• Communicate effectively with personnel from all departments, vendors, and customers as necessary.
• Maintain organized records, logs, and samples.

In addition to the Universal Turtle Lake training requirements, this position also requires product specific training.

A High School diploma with strong relevant work experience is preferred, but not required.
