** About The Opportunity
** The United 66 2C Die Cutter Operator is responsible for setting up, running, inspecting and maintaining the die cutting machine.

Essential Functions:

Feed printed, labeled, or plain corrugated sheets into the machine

Set up machine center for production runs Check quality for correct register and customer specifications

Monitor incoming stock and product after being die cut to meet and maintain Menasha’s and our customer’s quality standards (make sure color variations meet customer’s standards)
Maintain a clean work area Perform minor repairs to cutting boardsquality is the responsibility of all employees

Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Safety sensitive position - ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner

Ability to work overtime and weekends as required based upon the needs of the business

Ability to work on a rotating shift as needed

Ability to effectively work in teams

Ability to work in a production-based environment with moving equipment and people

Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of roles

Ability to read a tape measure/ruler

Good mathematical skills

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Pay Rate:  Training $ 30.51  Qualified $ 32.80

Work Hours  3-2-2-3 Schedule (M, T, F, S, S, W, T, repeat)  6am to 6pm
