The pay range for this position is $24.20 - $26.99 per hour. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. You'll Do
We’re on the lookout for a motivated Production Associate to join our manufacturing team and help keep production running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, working with tools, and being part of a dynamic factory environment. As a Production Associate, you’ll be involved in various stages of the manufacturing process, ensuring products are executed efficiently and safely.
If you’re eager to learn, reliable, and ready to contribute to a fast‑paced facility, this position offers a great opportunity to grow your skills and be part of a dedicated team.
- Responsible for following all applicable quality and food safety procedures and policies
- Ensure adherence to proper personal safety regulations, policies and procedures
- Follow all GMP’s, personal safety, and food safety guidelines and accurately maintain company records and forms
- Maintain the work area and ensure equipment is in clean and orderly condition
- Must be able to operate machinery and perform tasks in the production and packaging of food products
- Safely operate a forklift
- Report any defective materials or questionable conditions to the Production Supervisor
- Ability to work in different climates (cold or hot)
- Ability to work with cleaning chemicals
- Ability to work with others and to be self‑directed
- Possess mathematical and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to problem solve and multi‑task
- Basic computer skills required
