What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (food or beverage industry preferred)
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and automated packaging systems
• Hands-on experience maintaining pumps, conveyors, separators, and pasteurizers
• Familiarity with instrumentation, calibration, and sanitary process systems
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, P&IDs, and electrical drawings
• Background with ammonia refrigeration, boilers, or wastewater systems is a plus
• Commitment to food safety, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement
• Safety-focused mindset with the ability to work independently on a 6 PM-6 AM schedule
