3rd Shift Press Operator – Johnson Creek, WI

Hourly | Full-Time | $21.34-$22.84/hour

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM

• Operating and maintaining rubber injection presses.
• Keeping pace with press cycle times to meet production goals.
• Trimming, grinding, and finishing parts after press removal.
• Inspecting parts for quality and reporting any defects.
• Sorting and labeling parts correctly using our routing system.
• Recording work accurately in our material tracking software.
• Working safely – using and maintaining required PPE and following all safety procedures.
• Helping keep your area clean, organized, and running efficiently.

• Attention to detail and pride in quality work.

• You’ll be standing, walking, reaching, and moving throughout your shift.
• Lifting up to 35 lbs. frequently and occasionally more than 40 lbs.
• Working around moving machinery, presses, and mechanical parts.
• A temperature range from 70°F in winter to over 90°F in summer.
• Exposure to grease, oil, and occasional fumes, with PPE provided.
• Noise levels can vary from moderate to loud.
