What You’ll Do

As our Night Supervisor
, you’ll be the go-to leader for our Sheet Extrusion
team during the night shift. You’ll keep production on track, uphold safety standards, and ensure our output meets (and exceeds) monthly goals — all while creating a positive, energized atmosphere for your crew.

Here’s a look at your nightly mission:

• Supervise and direct the Sheet Extrusion
  team to meet production targets
• Enforce safety procedures and 5S standards
• Maintain organized, efficient, and safe work areas
• Schedule, train, and support employees to achieve their best
• Review production needs, staffing, and material requirements
• Approve time cards, PTO, and manage shift paperwork
• Step in when the Extrusion Manager is away to schedule and create jobs
• Troubleshoot Sheet Extrusion
  issues and keep communication flowing across shifts
• Promote Lean / Six Sigma principles and continuous improvement

When challenges arise — whether it’s a process issue or a late-night staffing snag — you’ll be the calm, capable Night Supervisor
who finds a solution and keeps production rolling.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of manufacturing supervision experience
• Experience in Sheet Extrusion
  or similar production environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret production documents, safety rules, and ISO procedures
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a sense of humor (bonus points if you can make the crew laugh while hitting production goals!)
