We’re looking for experienced Production Operators who bring a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the desire to grow with us.
What You’ll DoAs a Production Operator, you’ll work in one of these departments to bring our products to life:
FabricationOperate CNC router, turret punch, press brake, and fiber laser.
Perform sanding, material stocking, and basic machine maintenance.
FinishingHang and inspect parts on the powder line.
Conduct quality checks.
Monitor oven temps to ensure proper curing.
AssemblyAssemble rails, panels, and installation kits.
Build and package orders for shipment.
Maintain tools and assist with general upkeep.
General OperationsKeep work areas clean and organized.
Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Live out Peragon’s core values daily.
What We’re Looking For1+ year manufacturing experience (preferred).
Ability to operate pneumatic tools, presses, sanders, and rivet guns.
Comfortable with physical work (standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs).
Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Basic math and reading skills.
Reliable, positive, team‑oriented mindset.
