We’re seeking a Shipping/Receiving Trainee to assist and learn directly from our Shipping and Receiving Manager. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated individual looking to grow within a hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Perform quality checks throughout the production process and upon product completion
• Prepare containers for the paint room and coordinate movement to and from wash areas
• Conduct final inspections and prepare products for shipping or customer pickup
• Organize products for efficient and safe loading
• Unload incoming deliveries and inspect materials
• Maintain accurate inventory records and organize warehouse spaces
• Assist team members and collaborate across departments as needed
• Manage and track multiple tasks effectively, even when interruptions occur
• Ensure compliance with company specifications and quality standards

• Forklift experience required
• Willingness to learn and grow into the shipping/receiving manager role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to handle the demands of the position (lifting, standing, moving products)
