Responsible for operating gantry systems and performing short blocking processes in foam manufacturing. Ensures accurate pouring, cutting, and handling of foam blocks while maintaining safety and quality standards.

• Operate gantry equipment for foam pouring and positioning.
• Perform short blocking by adjusting pour settings and cutting foam blocks to specified lengths.
• Monitor production line for proper foam density, size, and quality.
• Inspect equipment and perform basic maintenance or report issues promptly.
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and chemical handling procedures.
• Maintain accurate production records and communicate with supervisors regarding output and issues.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in foam manufacturing or operating gantry systems preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• Knowledge of foam production processes and equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude for operating gantry and cutting systems.
