We’re seeking a dynamic Baumer Operator. This is your opportunity to make a real impact in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

This role involves operating, monitoring, and maintaining specialized Bäumer foam cutting and processing machinery. It requires precision, technical skills, and attention to detail to cut large foam blocks into specific shapes, manage material flow, ensure quality control through SPC charts, and perform basic maintenance—all while adhering to safety and efficiency standards.

• Machine Operation:
  Operate foam cutting machines (vertical/horizontal), conveyors, and related downstream equipment.
• Material Handling:
  Load foam blocks onto conveyors, stack/bundle finished parts, and manage scrap foam.
• Quality Control:
  Monitor foam quality, use statistical process control (SPC) charts, record measurements, and identify defects.
• Production Management:
  Follow production schedules, manage material flow, and direct tasks for off bearers.
• Maintenance:
  Perform basic machine upkeep, such as changing blades, and maintain a clean work area (5S).

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various conditions.
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Experience operating this type of machinery – Preferred
