Location: Edgerton, Wisconsin

ABOUTTHE ROLE
Working in line with Cupertino’s core values, you will work closely with manufacturing on first piece, in‑process, and final inspection. You will monitor supply base and in‑house processes for product conformance, issue and track corrective actions, and coordinate with Materials, Quality, Production, and Project Management groups. You will develop an Equipment Log, identify OFCI equipment, maintain documentation, and liaise with the project management group to ensure clients are informed about receipt status.
You will prepare receiving reports, coordinate with the NETA testing group, and complete client notification systems such as Procore, ACC, BIM, etc., to ensure equipment works as designed (e.g., stub‑ups, openings). A key expectation is to be a team player and professionally vocal as issues arise.
Knowledge: Developing professional expertise and applying company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
Job Complexity: Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
Supervision: Receives general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
ABOUT YOU- Proficient in reading drawings, blueprints, one‑lines to identify equipment as called out on these documents
- Journeyman level electrical knowledge or experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be able to pass PIT licensing test
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: 3+ years in manufacturing or construction. Minimum 3 years in a quality role.
WORK ENVIRONMENT- Mostly in assembly plant, but may travel to vendors that are loud and/or dirty
- May be required to sit/stand at desk/computer, and/or walk the production floor for extended time
- May be required to work on job site in all kinds of weather
- Hard Hat, Gloves, Safety Glasses, and appropriate footwear (supplier or job site safety toe)
- Sitting/standing/working for extended times
- Lifting 25lbs not uncommon
