Manufacturing Operator

A-Line Staffing is now hiring Manufacturing Operator in Arcadia, WI. The Manufacturing Operator would be working for a Major Manufacturing Company and has career growth potential.

Manufacturing Operator Highlights:

• Schedule: 2nd Shift ??? 12:45 PM to 9:00 PM
• Pay Range: $18.00 Hourly

Manufacturing Operator Responsibilities:

• Actively participates in and supports all DICI activities and encourages others to do the same
• Ensures own behavior is in accordance with the Arcadia Code of Conduct
• Performs entry-level production activities including operating equipment, adding ingredients, packaging, and cleaning, as directed by the Shift Team Lead
• Follows all SOPs and adheres to cGMPs to ensure products meet established specifications
• Communicates manufacturing process status to other operators and the Shift Team Lead, including delays, equipment issues, or deviations
• Documents production activities by completing MPR entries, cleaning records, logbooks, withdrawal sheets, and other required documentation
• Monitors production progress by taking equipment readings, evaluating particles using a microscope, and performing in-process testing to ensure quality requirements are met

Manufacturing Operator Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred
• GMP experience required
• 6???12 months of relevant experience
• Some experience using forklifts preferred
