Hours: 1st Shift & Weekend Shift Available (Mon-Thurs 5:00 am - 3:30 pm, Fri-Sun 5:00 am - 5:30 pm)

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our Weekday or Weekend Shift on a full-time basis. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and components. This is a critical role in our manufacturing process, and we are looking for someone with experince in setups and programming.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of finished products
Program CNC machines using CAD/CAM software as well as at the machine.
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary
Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements/

Skills:

Proven experience performing setups/programming
Strong knowledge of precision measuring instruments
Familiarity with CAD/CAM software for programming CNC machines
Understanding of lean manufacturing principles
Experience with Mastercam or other 3D modeling software is a plus
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, including GD&T symbols
Familiarity with coordinate measuring machines (CMM) is a plus
