Organic Valley is seeking a Production Float to support the Chaseburg Creamery. This on-site role covers HTST, intake, butter making, and butter packaging, with 12-hour shifts and on-call duties. The team emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement across production areas.
You will contribute to labor, sanitation, and documentation while working 6am–6pm on Wednesday/Thursday and every other Friday–Sunday. A 3% annual bonus may accompany performance.
