Perform work directly related to the preparation of product for painting, spraying, coating and/orfinishing. Prepare surfaces for painting using techniques such as sanding, blasting,grinding. Final material preparation including taping, masking and/or priming.
May assist with materials handling, paint mixing, equipment cleaning, and lightpainting and some post finishing as required.
- Including but not limiting, move, measure, clean, tape and sand parts toprepare for painting, shipping, etc.
- Communicate and coordinate with other Paint staff and employees, for:
- forecasting inventory supply and demand
- scheduled parts
- assignments and projects
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein;this includes assisting other departments as needed, based on workload and productivity.
- To monitor, carry out and abide by company policies.
Candidate(s) should be a reliable and responsible individual, able to work independently and well with others. Must have excellent attendance record! Heavy lifting and standing is required.
