This position requires strong technical expertise and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues, with a leadership mindset focused on driving continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the team.
Qualifications- Advanced knowledge of CNC and manual machining processes
- Proficient in reading complex blueprints and interpreting G and M code
- Skilled in setup, offsets, tooling selection, and process optimization
- Experienced with precision measuring instruments and inspection techniques
- Strong problem‑solving skills with attention to detail and quality
- Ability to train and assist other machinists
- Reliable, safety‑minded, and committed to continuous learning
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
